01The challenge

Finborough Estates works with landlords, guests and property partners at the same time. Each group arrives with different questions, and a single general-purpose website was never going to answer all of them clearly. The site needed to communicate trust and professionalism while separating those services without fragmenting the brand.

02Our approach

We started with the landlord pathway: what someone needs to see before handing over a property. That produced a segmented structure — For Landlords, How It Works, Services, Case Studies, About, Contact — and a homepage that answers 'who is this for', 'what do you do' and 'what does it cost me' in that order, before any visual design work began.

03The solution

A refined editorial identity — deep teal, warm off-white and a serif display face — applied across a structured site. The homepage opens on a full-bleed hero with a single 'List Your Property' action, then runs an audience grid (empty properties, inherited homes, tired rentals, second homes, moving abroad), a nine-item service strip, three management options, four non-negotiable standards, a 'why work with us' list and managed-property case studies. A separate guest-facing brand, Roam, is linked from the footer so the two audiences stay distinct.
